The firm is led by Subhash Bedi. Subhash Bedi is serial entrepreneur and professional institutional investment manager. He founded Rising Straits Capital and earlier Red Fort Capital as a General Partner.
Earlier in his career, he founded Krista International, a management consulting firm focused on advising private equity firms on cross-border investment strategies and EthnicGrocer.com, an ecommerce firm focused on Hispanic, Chinese and Indian communities backed by leading Silicon Valley venture firms.
Mr. Bedi is on the board of multiple companies across Asia, an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year and a Chicago Crain’s Forty under Forty award recipient. In addition, he has been a regular speaker at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has been listed as one of the 100 most influential people of the decade in global real estate by PERE.
He holds an M.B.A from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has B.S. degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
